Your Donations Save Twice as Many Animals Through 2012

Tis the season to be jolly and surround yourself with family and friends – those with two legs and four!

While you are trimming the tree and wrapping presents, LifeLine Animal Project wants you to consider giving a gift to help homeless dogs, cats, puppies and kittens in Atlanta. Through Dec. 31, your donation will be doubled thanks to a Challenge Grant from Anisa International. The company, which has supported LifeLine since its inception, is matching all donations dollar-for-dollar, up to $25,000.

With this Challenge Grant, your gift will have double the impact in saving the lives of homeless pets. More than 60,000 dogs and cats are put to death in metro Atlanta each year, but because of your selfless donation, LifeLine gives animals a second chance for a happy home. Pets receive love, shelter, training, healthy meals and medical care.

No matter the amount, your gift will go twice as far in rescuing pets who would not survive without LifeLine.

Celebrating its 10th anniversary, LifeLine has increased the quality of life for Atlanta’s pet population by promoting homeless pet adoption, providing affordable spay/neuter services, increasing public awareness and advocating for lifesaving public policy. Because of donors’ generous support, the organization has been able to spay or neuter more than 55,000 animals to date through its low- and no-cost program

LifeLine supports the community through programs that include training service dogs for veterans with PTSD, pet transport to its clinics and community special events where hundreds of pets are vaccinated. In 2012 alone, nearly 4,000 family pets received free or reduced cost vaccinations and basic preventative care.

Giving to LifeLine means one less dog on death row, one less family forced to give up their beloved pet because they can't afford vet care or one more veteran meeting a companion animal.. Please consider donating before Dec. 31 to take advantage of the Challenge Grant and double your impact.
