Gables at Emory Point started pre-leasing studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments this week.
Apartments range from $1,180 to $2,985 per month.

across the street from the Centers for Disease Control, will feature 80,000 square feet of retail space and 443 luxury apartments along with an eight-story, 950 car parking deck.
The apartments will be available for August 2012 move in, according to the Gables website.

The current construction is the first of three phases planned for Emory Point. The next two phases will be built based on market demand.
