Dunkin’ Donuts, Baskin-Robbins Close; Starbucks Reportedly Moving In

Several tenants vying for the space, according to What Now Atlanta

The Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins on Ponce de Leon Avenue has closed its doors and another popular coffee giant could be moving into the neighborhood.

An off-duty cop told What Now Atlanta on Tuesday that a new Starbucks location will open at the now vacant space in Midtown Place just across from City Hall East, which will be renamed Ponce City Market when the renovations are complete.

Stewart Miller, leasing agent for Midtown Place, could not confirm or deny whether Starbucks would be replacing Dunkin’ Donuts, What Now Atlanta reported, but said that several tenants are negotiating for the space.
