Highland Tap over-charges for their dinners and the last scores were outrageous! They have been there for a long time. It used to be a nice place to eat and get good service. Now, it is dirty, overpriced and mediocre service. Too bad! Great location to take friends. So, now you cleaned up and got a 92. How long 'til you do the very least to continue to limp along. Please improve and make major changes.
