The Paolo's location on Virginia Avenue in the heart of Virginia-Highland opened in 1999. A second location later opened in South Carolina.
The shop features a variety of Gelato flavors and desserts.
Paolo's beat out Yoforia and Yogli-Mogli to win the crown.
