Due to the somewhat difficult egress to the property on Barnett Street - splitting the building into small office space might be a best-use scenario. Hope though that something happens to this site soon before the parking lot turns into a homeless camp.

Tear it down! Until Ponce gets more pedestrian traffic, it will always be a car oriented artery and nothing more. I say build more residential, but we know that no developer can or will take that risk. I say tear it down anyway. It's just a really ugly bad suburban strip building.

The homeless need more housing, maybe an annex to Open Door.

Unfortunately the site has already been leased. A venture capitalist group out of Wall Street under the name of Well Street has leased it. They try to locate beside existing and successful Urgent Care Clinics. Their hope is through attrition to force out the local physician owned practices and develop a monopoly in the market. They then can have an IPO or sell out to hospital chains. This is happening all over Atlanta with 4 clinics already open and 36 total slated. Here are your tax dollars at work now trying to suck the rest of the money out of the local economy!

It is the perfect location for a Pain Management Clinic!
