For most residents of Virginia-Highland/Druid Hills Patch, the presidential race and proposed Charter School Amendment are the big issues on the ballot.
Some neighborhood residents will also take part in the race between State Senator Jason Carter (D- Atlanta) and challenger Kenneth Brett Quarterman-R, a retired teacher who is seeking the District 42 seat.
