Just around the corner of North Virginia and Los Angeles, it was hard to miss this thoughtful sign, which dangled in the breeze on Sunday afternoon. Thoughtfully encased in a plastic sleeve so the intermittent rain wouldn't blur the type, the offer spelled out the gardener's generosity.
