Lady Cat belongs to my friend who recently lost both her parents last Sunday (two separate incidents if you can believe it). My friend is only 23, has a young daughter, and is a full-time student. Meet George, the Briarcliff Animal Clinic Pet of the Week. George is a one-and-a-half-year-old male lab mix.  He was found by a good samaritan near an elementary school in Athens on Christmas Day of last year.  His left hind leg was broken when he was found.  George was later transferred to Briarcliff Animal Foundation to fund his treatment.  Our doctors repaired the fracture with pins and George has been doing well ever since.  He is neutered and up to date on all of his vaccines.  Let's give him a second chance at a happy home!
