Pregnancy Yoga W/Free Weights
Join us for this special yoga class with free weights adapted for pregnant women. Add meditative strength training to your yoga practice. Class begins with 30 minutes of yoga. We then use 1# - 10# weights, wobble boards and other tools to strengthen from your neck to your toes! We intersperse active yoga rest and end the class with gentle yoga stretches. All of our pregnancy classes include childbirth education.
