Compiled by several members of the United States Naval Academy Class of 2002, In the Shadow of Greatness: Voices of Leadership, Sacrifice, and Service from America's Longest War, chronicles 33 first-hand war experiences from among their classmates, the first to graduate and serve after 9/11.

Join co-editor Graham Plaster as he discusses the book.

All authors' royalty and advertising affiliate income from sales of the book will be given to support non-profit veteran organizations. Find a list of the organizations here.

The Carter Library & Museum serves as the repository for more than 27 million documents, letters, videos and photographs, chronicling the presidency of Jimmy Carter. Set on 35 acres of gardens in Atlanta's Poncey-Highland neighborhood, it also is the home of the Carter Center, which, along with Emory University, focuses on human rights and political issues around the world.
