The Learning Tea's mission is to provide life scholarships to impoverished young women in India by giving them the opportunity to continue their education through university.
We raise money for our life scholarships by hosting an Authentic Indian Dinner on the last Monday of every month. Join us on Monday, October 29th, 2012 at Dr. Bombay's Underwater Tea Room as we celebrate the accomplishments of our exceptional scholars and feast on a yummy 4-course meal. All of the proceeds from our dinners go directly to our girls in Darjeeling.

Our doors open at 6:30PM and dinner begins at 7:00PM.

More About Dr. Bombay's Underwater Tea Party
Dr. Bombay's Underwater Tea party is an intimate coffee and tea shop serving specialty teas and coffees, sandwiches, ice cream, and pastries and desserts, including vegan, organic and gluten-free options for cakes and pastry items. Many of the desserts are baked on the premises. The book-lined walls make for a cozy setting to enjoy your treats and to take advantage of the free Wi-Fi, and the shop also sells books. High tea is served daily between 3:30pm and 5:30pm, and there is a Mommy and Me Tea on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am until noon. Please call for reservations. Dr. Bombay's also offers preordered cakes and cupcakes for special events.
