Virginia-Highland Civic Association (VHCA) Combined Board and General Meetings are open to the public. The meetings are geared toward the purpose of creating community awareness of and increasing participation in VHCA and other Virginia-Highland events.
Monthly meetings are usually held at 7:00pm on the second Monday of every month at the Ponce de Leon Branch Library.
