Yoga with Weights
Yoga W/Free Weights
Add meditative strength training to your yoga practice! Classes begin and end with 15 to 25 minutes of yoga. Between this, we use 1# – 25# weights, balance boards and ankle weights for upper and lower body strength. We intersperse the weights poses with active yoga.
All Yoga W/Free Weights classes are one hour and thirty minutes long.
Taught by Margaret Pierce. Drop ins are welcome!
