Hiring a new Nanny/Sitter? Please read this warning.

There is a lady in our neighborhood who may be seeking to find new employment right now, as she was just terminated by me after 2 weeks on the job for being intoxicated while caring for our child.

This person is about 40 years old, white female, has a professional (non-caregiving) resume, a college degree, a clean background check, and glowing references, aside from myself, obviously.  She has a Virginia-Highland address, and "is between contract positions, seeking full or part-time employment until the next contract starts in the fall."
