Warmer weather has brought an influx of animals to Fulton County Animal Services (FCAS) and the shelter is overrun with dogs, cats, puppies and kittens. To save lives and encourage adoptions, FCAS is waiving the adoption fee on all adoptable animals from Friday, May 23, to Monday, May 26! Adoption counselors will be on hand to ensure the animals are being placed in good homes. Adopters will receive a dog or cat that has been spayed or neutered, has had all vaccines and is microchipped – a $200 value – for FREE!
FCAS Pets of the Week: Heidi and Van
Our first pet of the week is a wonderful kitty
who has a great combination of personality traits: kind, friendly and playful. Meet Heidi, a beautiful one year old Calico
cat. Heidi enjoys greeting visitors,
playing with her friends in the cat room and relaxing on a cat tree. Come meet Heidi and adopt her for FREE this
weekend! She would make a wonderful
companion for anyone.
If you’d like to adopt a puppy, have we got a
boy for you! Meet Van, a four-month-old
lab mix who is very smart, and already knows some basic commands. Van is eager to please and also very easy to
train. He enjoys playing fetch, playing
with other dogs and taking puppy naps, and Van is FREE this weekend!
To meet Heidi or Van, please contact Kerry at 404-613-9157 or email
her at: firstname.lastname@example.org. To view dogs or cats
available for adoption, please
