For nearly 20 years, the Metropolitan Atlanta Arts Fund has been supporting small and midsized arts organizations and has invested more than $10.2 million dollars in grants and guidance to strengthen the capacity and vitality of the arts in the region.

Horizon will use the grant for general operating support.

“The Metropolitan Atlanta Arts Fund’s investment in Horizon and our arts community has been truly transformational,” says Horizon Artistic Director Lisa Adler. “The operating support provided this year and since the beginning of the recent recession makes it possible for Horizon and others to pursue new business models and programming that will increase our long-term financial stability and maximize our community impact."
