Poncey-Highland Law Firm Foundation Awards Two Scholarships

Total of $3,750 awarded to two students

A Poncey-Highland based law firm awarded two scholarships to college bound young women this month.

The foundation that stems from law firm on Seminole Avenue in Poncey-Highland awarded the following scholarships:

  • Whitney Jackson was awarded the M&H Client Achievement Scholarship of $2,500. Jackson is a graduate of Tri-Cities High School, where she maintained a GPA of 4.0. She will attend California Institute of the Arts this fall.
  • Nicole Sparks was awarded a $1,250 scholarship by the foundation. Sparks will attend Howard University in the fall.
