"I had to pay $75," said Brian Tsang, a senior at Emory. Tsang said he parked his car at a lot in Emory Village to eat at local restaurant. When Tsang came back he saw a man booting his BMW. "He said, ‘oh, that'll be $75 sir,'" Tsang said.

Tsang told CBS Atlanta that he never left the property and showed the man his receipt to prove he was a customer. But the man, who has identified himself as Frederick Johnson and Frederick Manson, and who said he works for Alpha Booting Company, wouldn't listen. "There was nothing  I could do even though I was showing him my receipt, even getting the business owner to come out and say I was actually there," Tsang said.
