DBA Barbecue Serving New Summer Menu
New lunch and dinner items include pulled chicken salad, short ribs and more. Bacon Hour a new Monday-Friday treat
in Virginia-Highland is adding to their menu of down-home barbecue staples and southern classics.
Summer lunch offerings include healthy options like the classic D.B.A Pulled Chicken Salad, as well as new hearty lunch options like the D.B.A. Brisket Philly with cheese sauce or Swiss cheese, onions, peppers, and mushrooms.
For burger lovers that crave a Mexican spin, D.B.A. has concocted Grant’s Burger - a 7 oz. patty topped with queso, salsa, guacamole, jalapeños, and tortilla strips served with any of D.B.A.’s homemade sides.

The summer dinner menu includes appetizer additions like “Chinese-Cut” Short Ribs served over coleslaw and barbecue pork potato skins and satisfying main course plates like the the Jimbo Burger - a hefty beef patty topped with hash browns, queso cheese sauce, sweet BBQ sauce, and jalapeño peppers.
Bacon lovers can now indulge in the brand new bacon section of the menu featuring pecan smoked bacon, candied bacon, deep fried bacon and a special pork belly of the day.

D.B.A. Barbecue also introduced Bacon Hour, where free bacon is dished out for bar-goers every Monday through Friday from 5 to 7 p.m.
And, just in time for Atlanta's sweltering summer weather, D.B.A. Barbecue has also added a variety of homemade puddin' pops to its dessert menu.
Expect to see D.B.A. Barbecue owner and chef Matt Coggin around Atlanta selling his new puddin' pops from his official D.B.A. Pops Cart.
Other new menu items include:
Smoked Pastrami Reuben: Small batch, house smoked pastrami on rye with Thousand Island dressing, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut.
The Claire: Smoked chicken, grilled mushrooms, onions, bacon, honey mustard on toasted bun.
D.B.A. Puddin’ Pops: Banana, Peanut Butter-banana, Chocolate, Chocolate-peanut butter, Strawberry cheesecake, Chocolate thin mint, Banana and candied bacon, Chocolate dipped banana
The Elvis*: Regulars know to ask for this off-menu item; fluffy banana pudding layered with house candied bacon and vanilla wafers.
Spiked Frozen Slushies: Blueberry Lemonade, Birthday Cake, Spiked Root Beer
