Flip Burger Boutique to Replace HD1?

The Poncey-Highland eatery, may be looking to change food concepts.

More changes may be in store for HD1, the Poncey-Highland hot dog eatery birthed by celebrity chef Richard Blais.

The restaurant, which recently filed plans with the city to build a rooftop patio deck, may be scrapping the hot dog concept.

Blais and his business partner, Barry Mills, are looking to scrap the hot dog idea and convert it into Flip, their burger franchise, according to Eater Atlanta.

Burgers may be a better financial bet than hot dogs, Eater Atlanta, wrote, saying the HD1 concept hadn't necessarily gone as expected.
