I personally always grappled with asking customers for support and was often met with resistance from marketing experts. "You can't tell your customers you are struggling!" The Re-Inspiration Store moved into its current space, a bungalow across from Manuel's Tavern, in fall 2011 after operating in West Midtown for about two years.

In 2010, it was voted Atlanta Magazine's Best New Gift Shop in the Green category, and it has been featured in Southern Living and Entrepreneur Magazine.
