Virginia-Highland Pet Shop Plans Move, Expansion

Glamour Paws will take over former Wolf Camera space

A Virginia-Highland pet boutique plans to relocate and expand the pet pampering shop.

, located at 776 N. Highland Ave., will relocate to the space formerly occupied by Wolf Camera, according to a report by What Now Atlanta. The new space is roughly 7,000 square-feet and just a few doors down from the current location.

In addition to offering upscale clothes, food and toys for pets, Glamour Paws owner Nichole Robinson said the boutique will now open a doggie daycare and boarding facility.

“Even in the larger space, we’ll be catering to a small number of dogs,” Robinson told What Now Atlanta. “We’re able to provide our customer’s pets with more attention this way.”

The new location could be open by the end of 2011.
