Update: Atlanta Police Say Runaway Girl Found

Beverly Knepper was last seen about 2 p.m. Monday at her home on Orme Circle NE.

UPDATE: A 14-year-old Atlanta girl missing since Monday has been found, Atlanta police reported Thursday.

About 8 p.m. Thursday, Atlanta police spokesman John Chafee this email: "Please cancel the lookout for Beverly Knepper.  She has been located and is safe.  At this time I have no additional details available."

Beverly Knepper, 14, of the 500 block of Orme Circle NE has been missing since about 2 p.m. Monday. She argued with her parents the night before about seeing a 14-year-old boy she met on Instagram, her parents said.

Police said they contacted the boy, who said he was supposed to meet Beverly Knepper at Piedmont Park but couldn't make it.

Beverly Knepper is Hispanic, 5-foot-2 and 112 pounds and last seen wearing yellow shorts, a white shirt and brown socks and white shoes. Her mother said her daughter has been diagnosed as ADHD and PTSD but does not take medication.
