Druid Hills Cityhood Meeting Aug. 20
The meeting starts at 7 p.m. in the Glenn Memorial Methodist Church sanctuary. The Druid Hills Charter Cluster also will be discussed.
The cityhood movement is sweeping all of DeKalb County, including Druid Hills.
The Druid Hills Civic Association reports that a town hall meeting on "Druid Hills & Cityhood Initiatives" will be held 7-9 p.m. Aug. 20 at the Glenn Memorial Methodist Church sanctuary .
The notice on the civic association webpage says:
Join your neighbors to learn about viable plans and options. Discuss and share your views on a matter of extreme urgency! Our community must determine its own future.
This important meeting will also feature an update on the Druid Hills Charter Cluster initiative.
