Fulton County Fire and Police Dedicate "Circle of Honor" to local Fallen Heroes on September 11

Fallen Heroes to be honored by a permanent memorial at Wolf Creek on September 11.

Fulton County Fire Rescue, Police, Marshals Departments along with the Sheriff’s Office are joining forces to hold a dedication ceremony for the “Circle of Honor” Public Safety Memorial. The ceremony will be held on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.

The Circle of Honor memorial is on the grounds of Wolf Creek (3025 Merk Road, College Park, off Camp Creek Parkway).  The memorial is designed to honor Fulton County’s law enforcement and public safety heroes who lost their lives serving their community.

The memorial will include a granite obelisk surrounded by a circular path of brick pavers and benches.  The memorial includes decorative landscaping and will provide a place for meditation and reflection.
