Open House to Discuss Clifton Corridor Project Set for Thursday

Opportunity for public input on transportation options

MARTA and the Clifton Corridor Transportation Management Association have teamed up to analyze transportation issues and options in the Clifton Corridor, and now residents have the opportunity to chime in on the possible proposals.

An open house meeting will be held Thursday, May 19, at the , 1615 Clifton Rd., from 4 to 7 p.m.

The agencies are analyzing the need for "high-capacity transit connections" between the Lindbergh Center/Armour Yard area to Clifton Road businesses and offices and the City of Decatur.

The Clifton Corridor has the highest concentration of employers in Metro Atlanta without direct access to a rail system.
