Tickets are $20 per person for all ages, include breakfast and the Santa meet-and-greet.

The event will also be held at Doc Chey’s in Grant Park on Saturday, Dec. 8. All proceeds will benefit Virginia-Highland Fire Station 19 on North Highland Avenue and Grant Park Fire Station 10 on Boulevard.

The money raised will be used to repair and renovate the stations for the comfort of Atlanta's Bravest. Since its conception in 2003, Breakfast with Santa has raised more than $50,000 for area fire stations and Doc Chey’s owner Rich Chey was awarded the Distinguished Service Award at the GRACE Awards in 2011.

The family-friendly event kicks off with Santa arriving on top of the fire truck with neighborhood firemen to greet all of their fans. After children indulge in their breakfast, they can sit on Santa’s lap and have their picture taken with Mr. Claus himself. A photographer will take complimentary digital photos, but parents are also encouraged to bring their own camera. In addition to meeting the big man himself, children will meet and mingle with local heroes from the area fire stations.

This year’s event is presented by Doc Chey's and Osteria 832, and sponsored by the Virginia-Highland Morningside Parent Association, the Grant Park Parents Network and the Grant Park Neighborhood Association.
