1. Parks and Green Space Conference. Park Pride hosts this event at 8 a.m. Monday at Atlanta Botanical Garden at 1345 Piedmont Ave. NE. It includes a panel discussion on "Public Land as a Health Resource." Free.

2. 'Eggstravaganza' Egg Hunt. Starts at 10 a.m. Saturday at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center at 980 Briarcliff Road NE. $10.

3. Book signing at the Carter Center. Stuart E. Eizenstat appears at the Carter Center on the publication of his new book, The Future of the Jews: How Global Forces are Impacting the Jewish People, Israel, and Its Relationship with the United States. 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at 441 Freedom Parkway NE, Atlanta. Free admission.

4. Poetry session. Rebecca Hazelton, Melissa Broder, Aaron McCollough and Jamie Iredell read at 8 p.m. Thursday at Barnes and Noble at 1380 Oxford Road NE. Free.

5. Emory Farmers Market. Buy fresh fruits and vegetables starting at noon Tuesday at the Cox Hall Food Court at Emory University, 201 Dowman Drive NE. Free.
