Atlanta resident Stephanie Creeder parked her car on Virginia Avenue one afternoon and came back a few hours later to a gift from ParkAtlanta — a $25 parking ticket. She believed the "No Parking, Taxi Stand 8 p.m. to 5 a.m." sign on the street was confusing and asked 11 Alive's Commuder Dude to claify the situation.
