Organic Vegetable Gardening 101

Do you want fresh, local produce for cheap? Then this class is for you! In this class you will learn all you need to know to start your own Vegetable Garden.

Whether you have gardened before or are just starting out, if you have a large space or just a balcony, this class is the perfect place to start.

We will begin with the basics of soil building skills all the way to tips on harvesting and everything in between! You will get to start some seeds to take home as a way to start your adventure in growing your own food.

About The Instructor:
Rose Duncan grew up in New England on a subsistence farm and learned to garden and homestead from a young age. Most of her family is in the Horticulture Industry, and she has been a professional Horticulturist for the last 14 years. She is both a Master Gardener and a Certified Landscape Professional. She currently manages the Gardens for an Inn and a Farm-to-Table restaurant outside of Atlanta. In her free time, she manages her home business, Passionate Plants, where her and her husband (our Organic Veggie Gardening instructor, Ryan) grow and share knowledge any way they can! The Passionate Plants page just received the Readers Choice Award for one of the top 50 Homesteading Pages on Facebook!
