Explore different techniques for butter making from the high tech (with help from a mixer) to the low (shake, shake, shake!). We’ll also discuss sourcing cream for the best quality butters as well as the endless possibilities of flavors when creating compound butters.

Get hands on and make some butter to take home – you’ll taste the difference for sure. We’ll also have organic cream available for purchase if you want to have a go at making some at home!
