St. Patrick's Day at Murphy's

Murphy’s St. Patrick’s Day
Festivities for this year include hosting traditional Irish dancers and music
beginning at 11 a.m. and having a special menu for the event.  This menu includes smoked haddock and onion
soup, Irish soda bread, Irish lamb stew braised in Guinness, corned beef with
Colcannon Potatoes and parsley sauce, poached salmon with leeks, cabbage and
carrots in a lemon Hollandaise. To finish the meal in an Irish fashion, guests
are invited to indulge in Irish whiskey bread pudding. The good times will last well into the evening and all
are invited to join.
