Our first event of the year takes place this Wednesday, February 5th
from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm. Join us for an evening of wine tasting and market to
table cuisine. Learn how to prepare simple everyday gourmet
'Superfood’ specialties with the finest extra virgin olive oils and balsamic
vinegars available. Edible Garden chef, Megan McCarthy with Healthy Eating 101
will guide you through each recipe that is packed with great flavor and loaded
with antioxidant goodness. Each course
will have a pairing of wines for you to enjoy while you taste each
delicious dish.
The tasting menu includes: Caramelized Onion and Pear
Bruschetta, Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad with Classic
Vinaigrette - Signature Quinoa Salad - Selection of Wine Pairings.
