the greatest show on Earth as our cheese experts crack a 90lb wheel of
Parmigiano Reggiano by hand (with traditional tools of the trade). Samples will
follow and a 7-course Progressive Tasting Menu will be available for a $5
donation. Who will steal the show – the mightiest of cheeses or the acrobatics
of our special performers? You decide!
