Tomatofeast! 2014
Waiting all year for tomato season is no easy feat, so La Tavola is celebrating summer’s finest crop with its 12th annual Tomatofeast! Beginning Wednesday, July 30 and running through Saturday, August 9, executive chef Brent Banda and his culinary team will offer a limited-time menu featuring all things tomato from antipasti to dessert. Menu highlights include roasted tomato crostata with Parmigiano crust, black pepper and olive oil gelato, speck-wrapped monkfish with grilled peach panzanella, heirloom tomatoes, basil and arugula and rosemary and green tomato cake.
