Virginia-Highland Annual Tree Planting

The community is invited to help green the neighborhood!  Volunteers will meet at the west end of John Howell Park and plant about 60 trees focusing on streets that are close to the Beltline.  We will also replace trees on Virginia Avenue.

Sponsored by Trees Atlanta and the Virginia Highland Civic Association, the tree planting has become an annual tradition that brings neighbors together.

Trees Atlanta was founded in 1985 by Central Atlanta Progress, the Junior League of Atlanta, Inc. and the Atlanta Parks Commissioner.
