Springdale Park Collecting Gifts for Students in Need
Community members encouraged to buy an item for a family in need.
Springdale Park Elementary wants to make sure its families in need receive gifts and needed items this holiday season.
The school has erected an "Angel Tree" with needed items listed on the back of ornaments, with families color-coded to protect their privacy.
Community members are encouraged to take an ornament tag, purchase an item and bring it back to the school unwrapped along with the tag.
Gifts should be delivered to the school by Tuesday, Dec. 17.
Email memcclosky@atlanta.k12.ga.us with any questions, or if you are unable to pick up an ornament, but would like to provide a gift.
