'Guitar' Project Gives Hospitalized Children the Gift of Music

Instruments will be used in Children's Healthcare of Atlanta music therapy program.

The Chinn Guitar Project, based in Texas, made an Atlanta stop this week to donate 11 guitars to the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta/Ryan Seacrest Studio music therapy program.

Founder Ken Chinn told Fox 5 that he first conceived of the idea for the music program when his daughter was hospitalized. He said he and his daughter have donated some 200 guitars since he founded the project about a year ago.
