INGREDIENTS
- Evoo
- 1 large onion
- 4 stalks of celery ( Chopped)
- 1 clove of Fresh Garlic
- 4 Carrots (Chopped)
- 1 can of lima Beans
- 1 can Whole Kernel corn
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 3 large Potatoes (Chopped)
- 32 oz of Vegetable Broth
- S&P to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large pan sautae the Onion, celery, and carrots till soft adding the fresh garlic right at the end
- Add Vegetable Broth, lima beans, corn, tomatos, and potatos.
- Simmer uncovered for about 30 to 45 min
- Serve Hot
