Fire at Apartment Complex Leaves Families Homeless

Funds being collected at Garden Hills for three families

Atlanta Fire and Rescue was investigating the cause of a fire Sunday on Lindbergh Drive that left at least eight families homeless, Channel 5 reported.

Three of the families have children attending l, according to the school's PTA. The organization is taking donations for the families. Gift cards, cash or checks made out to the GHES PTA can be brought to school Tuesday, the PTA said in an e-mail.
