A former DeKalb County police officer, Manuel Williams, has been indicted on three counts of child molestation, reports WSB TV.

In October, the 18-year veteran resigned from the DeKalb County Police Department after being charged with child molestation.

According to police, Williams, 50, allegedly molested a friend of his teenage daughter.

A DeKalb County Superior Court document says Williams kissed a young girl's neck.

Police say Williams is currently out on bond.

Kissing a young girl's neck is inappropreate but not molestation. Of course there is propably more to this story not revealed

Why is he out on bond?? He goes home to his daughter who friend he made a sexual advance? When will judges NOT look the other way?

Would a plumber, or an accountant, or the guy who flips burgers, get this treatment for a kiss on the neck?

Hell, I kissed a 15 year old girl on the neck. Of course, I was 14 at the time. And she slapped the s*** out of me.

I love being kissed on the neck, that's not sexual unless he left a hell of a big hicky. But its safer just pinning the tail on the donkey.
