Atlanta police are seeking a man in relation to several break-ins and attempted break-in on St. Charles Avenue, according to an item posted on the vhlist by John Wolfinger, a neighborhood liaison with the department.

The man, who can be seen in the attached surveillance camera images, may be tied to a break-in and theft of liquor at  Goin' Coastal restaurant on Jan. 20 and an attempted break-in at a St. Charles Avenue apartment around 4 a.m. the morning of Jan. 21.

The report says there were signs that somebody tried to enter other businesses the same night, and there is also a report of a man looking into windows in the 900 block of St. Charles.

If you recognize this man, you can contact APD Zone 6 Investigator Chad Gurley at cgurley@atlantaga.gov

Police stress that the man in the photos is only a person of interest at this time.

Obama has nothing to do with this guy breaking into places. I'm sure he was a criminal long before you knew who Obama was. The election is over. Give it a rest! Also, it is 2013. Why do security cameras still have crappy, grainy pictures? You think they would all be in HD by now.

Go Pro needs to form some security cams.

Is all this crime a trend that will only exist as we move forward or is this a Year of the Dragon thing?
