From the city of Dunwoody website:

The City of Dunwoody Municipal Court is preparing to wrap up the 2014 amnesty program for people with past-due traffic citations and active bench warrants for failing to appear in court.

The program officially ends Thursday, July 31.

The incentive program promotes lawful driving privileges, settling outstanding violations with the court and reducing arrests.

Interested parties may visit Dunwoody Municipal Court located at 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 103, in Dunwoody. People may also walk in to the Municipal Court on Mondays, as well as Wednesday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. only.

If offenders pay their fines in full, all contempt fees will be forgiven. If the individual’s offense requires a mandatory court appearance, the individual will be given a future court date to appear before a judge and all warrants will be cleared and warrant fees forgiven.

Forms of payments that will be accepted are cash, money order, cashier checks, and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard only.) No personal checks will be accepted.

For more information, contact the City of Dunwoody Municipal Court at 678-382-6973.
