The DeKalb County Schools board of education could hear from more angry parents and residents Monday night.
The board is working to close a $73 million gap in the budget for next school year and include increasing class sizes and raising taxes.
Public comments will kick off the school board meeting Monday, June 4, at 6 p.m. at District headquarters, 1701 Mountain Industrial Boulevard, Stone Mountain. Twenty speakers are expected to address the board. Each speaker is alloted two minutes.

The work session will also include typical monthly business and votes on policy adoption and amendments to the bylaws.
The board is expected to approve a finalized 2013 budget later this month.
