Workshop 100: Immersion Workshop (4 hours) – A complete workshop that teaches all the basics of Water Bath Canning. This is a hands-on workshop with students doing the preparation and canning of the products along with detailed instruction on safe canning. You will receive a notebook with recipes and full instruction in canning along with tips and guidelines. Three products will be canned: a fruit, a pickle, and a tomato-based product, which will be chosen according to the season. You will leave with the knowledge to do home-based canning on your own and will have 3 jarred preserved products at the end of the workshop. All supplies are included. $75.00 for the complete workshop.
