Hip and Healthy Indian Food

Join Punjab native, Sucheta Rawal, and learn to cook once and then enjoy delicious Indian inspired dinners, lunches, and snacks all week long.  You'll learn how to make crunchy Indian cashews; luscious Daal that will be served as a dip with Naan; a fast and versatile Chicken Tikka on a pizza; Saag Paneer sandwiches and end with a fun Mango Surprise.

This class is perfect for parents who want to introduce their kids to ethnic cuisine or anyone wanting to easily spice up their weekly menus.  Participants will sample the meal at the end of the class.
