Laurel Ridge Community Summit

You, as individuals and nonprofit organizations, are invited to come share knowledge and abilities that can make the Laurel Ridge community even better than it already is.  Let's see what we can do together!

The summit has several objectives

• Understand the impact of redistricting for Laurel Ridge and learn what lies ahead with BOE member Don McChesney
• Create a census of talents and skills that residents and nonprofit organizations can offer the school and community
• Cross-pollinate between nonprofit community organizations
• Lay the groundwork for a Laurel Ridge Foundation (a charitable foundation that can give to causes in the neighborhood)

If you know of any nonprofit groups in our community that need volunteers or can provide volunteer opportunities please ask them to send a representative to the summit.
