This class incorporates yoga asanas (gentle body movements coordinated with the breath), meditation, and pranayama (breathing exercises). This class is intended for all levels of yoga students and for those who have never tried yoga.
Modifications for all poses are provided to accommodate all levels of expertise. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and water. Richard Dew is a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) and a member of the Yoga Alliance. He has studied yoga for over 30 years. He is a student of Swami Jaya Devi Bhagavati at the KashiAtlanta Urban Ashram.
