Grady High Stadium Wins Design Award

Fourth APS building to win award from Atlanta Urban Design Commission

Grady Stadium at earned an Award of Excellence from the Atlanta Urban Design Commission last week.

"The award recognizes creative and unique architectural design concepts associated with new and refurbished construction and landscaping in Atlanta’s historic urban setting," according to a post on the Atlanta Public Schools blog, Talk Up APS.

Grady Stadium is the fourth APS project in the past few years to earn this honor. earned the honor in 2010, Grady High School in 2006 and Long Middle School in 2007.
